We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With vendors who assist in operating our service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

- Client Publishing: When you approve a post, the content is published to the third-party platform you selected (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Twitter/X) — subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:
- Account data is retained until you delete your account or request removal.
- Client data associated with your account is retained until you remove it or delete your account.
- Payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years per financial record-keeping requirements.
- Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 26 months.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
