We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days of starting a new subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund of your monthly fee. We process refunds via Stripe — the credit will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only. It does not apply to renewals or add-ons purchased after the initial subscription start date.

Once approved, we initiate the Stripe refund. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
To cancel: log into your Prime Local Presence account, go to Settings, and select "Cancel Subscription." You'll receive a confirmation email.
